What a machine cannot finish.

There is a tone an AI text has, even at its most polished, that gives it away within a paragraph. It is not exactly wrongness. It is the absence of risk. Every sentence is the safe sentence, the average of every other sentence ever written on the topic, smoothed into something no human would have chosen because no human was choosing.

Where AI earns its place in the studio: the patient, repeating, structural work that does not carry voice. A sweep through competitor sites. A draft wireframe brief, ready to be argued with. The transcription of a conversation. These are the lathe and the chisel.

Where it does not belong: the place where the brand speaks. The voice of a studio is an accumulation of decisions that took years to settle. A particular comma. A reluctance to use a particular word. The tool is welcome. The voice is not negotiable.
