Process
How we work.
01
Brief
A free 30-minute conversation, by video call, WhatsApp, or phone. We discuss your goals, review materials, and sketch the scope together. You receive a fixed-price offer within two working days. No commitment until you sign.
02
Design
Kick-off with 40% deposit. One focused design direction, refined through up to two revision rounds. Five working days per round for your feedback. Once approved, a further 40% is due and we move into development.
03
Build
Several weeks of hand-written code, timeline agreed together per project. Weekly preview links, a staging environment before launch. Performance, accessibility, and legal compliance are built in, not bolted on.
04
Launch & handover
Final 20% on satisfaction. You receive domain access, logins, credentials. Everything in writing. Nothing is ever final: ongoing care is available as a monthly tier, and managed hosting through AURA on request.

Pricing depends on scope. After our free 30-minute call we send you a fixed-price offer, no hidden costs. Most projects land somewhere between Essence and Aura tier.
How long does a project take? 14 sec
Several weeks, agreed together. Brief and design typically 2 to 3 weeks; build 3 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. You see weekly preview links throughout.
Do I own the final code? 8 sec
Yes. After full payment we hand over all source code, design files, and credentials. No vendor lock-in.
Who handles hosting and updates? 11 sec
Hosting on your own Vercel account, at cost. Updates: optional monthly Care tier (Small, Medium, Large), or AURA managed hosting on request.
How is AURA different from Wix or Squarespace? 14 sec
Hand-written code, custom design, faster pages, no monthly platform fee, no template lock-in. We build only what you actually need, the way you actually want it.
What if I need changes later? 8 sec
Always possible. Small updates as one-off, ongoing updates via monthly Care tier. Nothing is ever final.
